Service Description

esigned provides digital signature collection functionality for Shopify and BigCommerce stores. We enable merchants to collect electronic signatures from customers during checkout.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Ensuring documents comply with applicable laws
• Obtaining proper consent from signers
• Maintaining accurate document records
• Using the service in compliance with platform terms

Billing

Billing is handled through your platform's app billing system. Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. You can cancel at any time through your admin panel.

Limitation of Liability

esigned is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the legal validity of documents or signatures collected through our service.
